Issue: Oral button can be unscrewed from its mating part, the oral rod. The vendor found that undetected water in the female threaded area of the oral button and too little thread locker has caused an inadequate bond between the rod and button.
Inspection: Inspector will use a common pencil eraser to hold the oral rod and prevent it from spinning while gripping the oral button and attempting to unscrew it.
- If the button will not unscrew using this method the unit is ok to use as is.
- If the button unscrews, remove completely from the oral rod and proceed with the corrective action.

Przycisk dodawczy też potrafi odpaść. Niefajne.
A inflator to produkt Tridenta nie Apeksa - powinni lepiej dobierać dostawców.

To nie jest produkt Tridenta. Trident jest tylko resellerem. Nie sądzę, by Apeks dawał zarobić pośrednikom - zapewne biorą bezpośrednio producenta.
